I am blown away by the amazing customer service that I received from Jasmine from the moment we spoke she was very polite, informational, helpful, and Patient, She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood and I was comfortable. I had the best experience calling Acceptance Insurance. Started with Sergio, who was so kind and professional. Then, I was transferred to Roberto, who is now my personal agent for the next 6 months. Roberto is knowledgeable, professional, and compationate. I will recommend his services to anyone. My vehicle insurance is now over $200 less a month than what I was paying. Totally satisfied with Assurance and Roberto. I feel blessed to have been led to call them.
